Some popular product can be shipped out within 1 calendar day, for orders with large quantities or a large number of order varieties, the warehouse packing staff will need some time to sort out the orders and pack them. It will take 1-2 calendar days to ship out the order.

* Fast Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Free Shipping method.

* Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Levoite cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Levoite will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

Duty
All orders are shipped duty-paid. If you get hit with a bill for import duty, send it to us and we'll pay it.

Items purchased from Levoite and delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU), VAT and duties (if applicable) have been included in their selling prices, and you don't need to pay additional tax.

Tracking An Order

1. Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You can use tracking number tracking orders from tracking link.Click on Track button,you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Cancelled Orders

We accept order cancellation before the order is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the order is already shipped out. 

Lost or Damaged

How to deal with items lost or damaged during transportation？
If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, we provide a refund or resend a new product for free.For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please visit the Refund Policy for more information.
