Delivery & Shipping

1. When can I receive package after the payment?
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping to USA/CA/EU/AU:
shipping time : 4-7 days

International Shipping:
shipping time: 5-10 days

Delivery Time : Orders processed in the US, CA, EU, AU will take 5-9 days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 6-12 days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

 * Please note that the above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so Levoite Tools cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Levoite Tools will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

2. Shipping Charge
We support worldwide shipping, free standard shipping is included on all orders. If you want to ship with faster method ( Express Shipping )(FedEx or UPS), please choose a faster delivery method on the shipping page after submitting the order.

3. For orders over $350 we will use UPS/FedEx to deliver the order.

4. What shipping method Levoite Tools use?
Levoite partners with major international shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL to offer.

5. How to deal with items lost or damaged during transportation?
If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, we provide a full refund or resend a new iteam for free. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the delivery date.

6. Do I need to pay the duty?

Iteams purchased from Levoite and delivered to the destination located in the European Union (EU), VAT and duties (if applicable) have been included in their selling prices, and you don't need to pay additional tax. 

All orders are shipped duty-paid to ALL parts of the world. If you get hit with a bill for import duty, send it to us and we'll pay it.

7. How to track my order?
Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You can use tracking number tracking orders from tracking link. Click on track button, you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

8. Cancelled Orders
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

9. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay & Google Pay. Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
