Order processing time: 0-2 days, 80% of orders can be shipped within 24 hours. Orders processed in the US, CA, EU, AU will take 5-9 days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 6-12 days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live. If you want to ship with faster method, please choose a faster delivery method on the shipping page after submitting the order.

Once the order is placed, our system will send you an email about the order details. You can use tracking number tracking orders from tracking line, you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

When you receive the tracking number, it means that your order has been handed over to the carrier to start shipping, please wait 1-2 days for the tracking system to update the order's shipping progress. If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, we provide a full refund or resend a new product for free. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Amending your order is allowed within 24 hours of purchasing the item/s. You may contact us via support@levoite.com to request for change. Please make sure your order has not been shipped. We will not be able to cancel or change the order if it has been shipped.

Orders purchased from Levoite Tools, VAT and duties (if applicable) have been included in their selling prices, and you don't need to pay additional tax.

All orders are shipped duty-paid to all parts of the world. If you get hit with a bill for import duty, send it to us and we'll pay it.
